Also... i decided that i hate the gels everyone always tries to make you eat when you run races like these. So, i'm going to pack these?
Yeah, i think those will give me the necessary sugar.

Next year, I'm in. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteIf you are running more than six miles, be sure to pack something. I'm speaking from experience. You run out of fuel after six miles.
