If you're going to text me to thank me, PLEASE at least write the whole word out. I'm sick of this "thx" shinannery. If you're truly grateful, you can take the time to text the full six letters.

Funny. Just recently, for like the last two weeks maybe, I have been shortening it to thx. I don't like it either though. When people send me a "thx" I always think of Christmas. How it is commonly shortened in writing to x-mas, which couldn't be more ridiculous. And then I go back to Thx. "Thx." Really? "yrwlkm?"
